We offer free 2-day shipping on all orders over $50 in the United States. Products will ship within 1-business day of order confirmation via USPS. Tracking number will be provided if available. FERAL is not responsible for USPS shipping delays during high-volume times around the holidays. Please note that although we are shipping it 2-day USPS Priority Mail, delays can occasionally occur when USPS receives a large number of shipments and 2-day delivery is not guaranteed. FERAL is not responsible for stolen or damaged packages once USPS has marked it delivered. We encourage packages to be delivered to a secure location.
Apparel orders under $50 will be charged a flat-rate $5 shipping fee. Candadian orders will be charged a $25 flat-rate and ship FedEx. All other international orders will be a charged a $50 flat-rate and ship FedEx.
You will have 30 days for a FREE size exchange if your wetsuit doesn’t fit for all orders shipping within the Continental US (suit must be unused and in new condition). Simply contact wetsuits@FERALsurfing.com and we will provide the return label and send you a new size. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect all exchanges for signs of sand and wear. We will have sole discretion in the final determination of exchange eligibility. Orders outside of the Continental US will be responsible for paying all exchange shipping costs. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
We do not offer exchanges on apparel.
You will have 30 days to return your unused wetsuit for a FULL refund with FREE return shipping within the Continental US. Contact wetsuits@FERALsurfing.com to begin the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect all returns for signs of sand and wear. We will have sole discretion in the final determination of return eligibility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
If returning from outside the Continental US you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs from FERAL to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping the item yourself, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
