Where is My Package?

Did you receive a package delivered email and can't find the package? Please follow the step-by-step guide below, it will empower you to track it down in no time!

Please remember, as soon as FERAL surrenders the package to USPS, FedEx, etc. it's 100% out of our control what they do with it. We're not responsible for stolen packages or packages delivered to the "wrong" address entered in checkout. Despite Alex and Buzz being Lords of Best Wetsuit Empire, we have no special control or connections with national and global shipping services.

Revisit your order confirmation email from FERAL and confirm you entered the correct address at checkout (check your spam/junk folder if you can't find it). If the address is all good, check every possible place around your residence where a sneaky lil package might be hiding. To combat the ever increasing epidemic of package theft, carriers occasionally leave packages in odd "hidden" places.

Double check with all humans and pets of concerning intelligence residing in your home to see if they received it. Then ask all your neighbors if they have your fresh wetty—when packages are mis-delivered, it's often right next door.

If you made it this far and you still haven't found your package, there's a chance it was stolen (bummer). Before going down that not-so-fun route, we suggest heading down to your local post office with your tracking number and let them know what's going on (or calling if you're tired from barrel today). They know your mail carrier and should be able to tell you exactly where the package was left.

Dang, the post office told you the location it was delivered to is the correct address and still no package—your new wetsuit was stolen :( Lucky for you most credit cards have insurance for stolen packages. Give your card/bank a call and ask for the benefits department and see if they can help you out and make a claim. This is different than a chargeback saying FERAL didn't hold up our end of the deal. Although your bank will refund you immediately if you file a chargeback, once they receive the package tracking information they will know that everything was shipped correctly—in the end you will be recharged for the full price and be out hundreds of dollars. For the insurance claim you'll probably need to file a police report so they know you're not trying to scam them.
